This is pure Sangiovese from the town of Brisighella in Emilia-Romagna. It has a ruby red color with a pleasant fragrance and notes of red fruits like cherry, strawberry, and plum. The wine is fresh and lively on the palate, approachable and fragrant, with soft tannins, good structure, and a rich and enveloping ending. After 4 months of aging in stainless steel, it undergoes bottle aging for at least 1 month. Pair this Sangiovese with steak, roasted game birds, rich chicken dishes, and cured meats and cheeses.
