This extremely limited northern Italian red wine comes from the Veneto. It is made up of 70% Corvina and Carvinone Veronese, 20% Rondinella, 10% Sangiovese Croatina and Oseleta. It is aged in barrique and small wooden barrels for about 30-36 months and it is aged in bottle for 12 months before release. It offers a garnet red color with a nose of intense, persistent and rich of well-ripened fruit, marmalade, prunes, almonds. This wine can be characterized as full-bodied, intensity and elegance as well as fascinating and velvety.
