Edna Valley choose the grapes for their Central Coast Pinot Noir primarily from cool sites in Monterey and San Luis Obispo counties in order to express the true varietal characteristics of Pinot Noir. The result is a wine that is aromatically complex, displaying nuances of rose petal, cola, earth and black cherry. Mouthwatering acidity carries the silky mouthfeel through to a long finish.
