Edna Valley's Central Coast Merlot opens with the enticing aromas of cocoa powder, anise and black cherry, complemented by hints of leather. They choose the majority of their Merlot grapes from Paso Robles to create a medium-bodied red wine with fine tannins and bright acidity, creating a rich yet balanced mouthfeel.
