This sparkling Rose is made from 30% Cabernet, 30% Merlot, 20% Malbec, and 30% varietals native to the Asolani Hills. It has an intense cherry red color. It offers a fruity bouquet with hints of strawberry and raspberry as well as rose notes. The palate is intense, but very fresh and soft. Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany starters, sausages, cheese, and smoked goose.
