The densest of the Arietta 2004's, the Variation One, shy at birth, has awakened and fleshed out in the late spring of 2007, and for the moment is the showiest of the 2004 Arietta red wines. We still recommend holding the wine for consumption after 2008; if you cannot, we recommend extended aeration before serving. (500 cases)
