This dessert wine has aromas of peach, apricot, pineapple and tropical dried fruit. There is consistency, softness, and elegance on the palate. It is a wine with great balance, favorable acidity and well-harmonized residual sugar. This is 55% Malvasia, 25% Trebbiano and 20% Sangiovese aged 7 years in the traditional small Vin Santo casks.
