This is another 100% Nebbiolo wine from Chiesa Carlo. This red is aged in oak for over 2 years! The color is ruby red with garnet hues and has the scent of rose, raspberry and spices. The palate is warm and enveloping, with delicate tannins. The aftertaste is very broad, reminiscent of red wild berries, cherries and licorice. This red pairs with roasted beef dishes and matured cheeses.
