[89 Wine Advocate] The 2013 Pazzo Call Me Crazy is a blend of 50% Sangiovese and the rest Merlot and Syrah. This wine offers loads of chocolate, some cocoa and espresso notes as well as touches of red and black berry fruit. Medium to full-bodied, its lush, forward style begs for consumption over the next 3-4 years.Winery's Notes: Pazzo (which means 'crazy' in Italian) is a 'funky', unpretentious blend - an ingratiating wine that is wonderful to drink in its youth. In addition to its good looks, it displays a nose of red berry aromas and follows through with spirited, sweet, lingering, fruit flavors. We have enjoyed incredible success and growth with this unique blend.
